LoadmatePlus Download Page

This page allows you to download the latest build and documentation for LoadmatePlus.

To install LoadmatePlus do the following:

1. Download LoadmatePlus by clicking on the above link and selecting Run or Save.
2. If Save was selected, choose a suitable temporary location to download to and press OK. When the download has finished, run the install program LoadmatePlus_7260.exe.
3. By default, LoadmatePlus will be installed into the C:\Program Files\LoadmatePlus folder. However, the user may change the program folder, if he/she wishes.
4. The program does not automatically install any example data, so the next task is to download and install the demo ships (a combi vessel and a gas tanker). Download and run Demo_03.exe. This will install the example data in the LoadmatePlus\Vessels sub-folder of the User's Application Data area. folder.
5. You should now be able to run LoadmatePlus. However, unless you already have a valid license file, the following message will be displayed.
6. Make a note of the computer ID and email Ship Design Solutions to obtain a trial license. A form for doing this is here. Please include the Computer ID together with a valid email address, name and company name.
7. A 30 day trial license file (loadmate.lic) will be sent to the email address provided. This should be copied to the LoadmatePlus program folder.
8. Once the program has been started, instructions for using it can be accessed from the Help menu.
9. Press the ship icon () on the toolbar to load one of the demo vessels.
